the location was convenient as it was situated beside a cafe that served delicious food. the staff was very cooperative and accommodating, with Mr Md. Fakhrul Alam- Director taking a personal interest in ensuring our stay was pleasant. the rooms were well-maintained and clean with all necessary facilities, the bathroom came equipped with basic essentials. the breakfast spread was a little limited but the quality of food was good. the rooftop view was breathtaking and peaceful.
The hotel had a slight mosquito problem which could have been better managed.

My xmas stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff is exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, close to key attractions and great restaurants. The rooftop view was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing at any time. The breakfast served was delicious and definitely worth waking up for.
The presence of mosquitoes in the room. Although the staff tried their best, the problem persisted through the stay.

It was a good location with easy accessibility by public transport. the room was very clean and well-maintained. the complementary breakfast provided was tasty and a decent start to the day.
The service was not up to the mark. the staff lacked professionalism and seemed quite unfriendly.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right beside a cozy cafe where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The service was top-notch, with room service that went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The staff was attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including an ironing facilities, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. I also loved the beautiful terrace where I could relax and enjoy the sun. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The location, service, and amenities provided here are exceptional.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout my trip. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The hotel facilities were impressive: clean and well-maintained rooms, great parking and transportation options. I loved that the hotel was located right beside a cafe, which made dining very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options, perfect to start the day.
